The board was bad for doing so, but get the fact right. Dividend was rejected by the majority, minority did not affect.

Actually for the minority, the dividend is just a peanut. Those initially unable to get the lunch voucher were those holding less than 5000 shares,so if you are holding 4000 shares, the dividend you would get is only rm34. But from here we can see how bad and small minded the board is.

Don't ever claim small amount dividend is peanut, whoever said that don't know anything about investment.

Just go away & invest in Nestle, HEIM or BAT, they give lots of dividend.
