Wah... So many parts of the Budget 2018 will be benefited Digistar.

Second: A sum of RM720 million to build 11 headquarters and six police stations as well as purchase of firearm fittings and operations vehicle. Meanwhile, an allocation of RM170 million is provided to upgrade ICT equipment, including 1PDRMnet system as well as RM100 million to upgrade communication systems;

Fourth: A sum of RM250 million is allocated to Eastern Sabah Security Command (ESSCOM) to enhance security controls at Sabah and Sarawak borders, including RM50 million for coastal surveillance radar;

223. To create safe and peaceful environment in the neighbourhood areas, the Government will continue to provide 1Malaysia People Community Grant up to RM10,000 to registered resident associations to purchase security equipment, clean and maintain neighbourhood areas with a total allocation of RM40 million.


Why Digistar:-

1) Digistar will supply ICT equipment, networking system and communication system to PDRM.

2) Digistar will assist army to setup the surveillance CCTV at ESSCOM area, and Digistar have the control room there.

3) With more & more housing area forced to establish their own Resident Association (because they want to build Gate and Guard house), so Digistar has great opportunity to approach them to use the Panther 911 system. With this RM10,000 grant, those RA will happy to use the grant to purchase Panther 911 system.

“I cannot reveal beyond that as they are in a negotiation stage. We are not new in providing security solutions, as this is reflected by the central monitoring system products and services that we offer,” he said, adding that these two anchor projects, if won, will replenish its depleting order book, following the completion of Malaysian National Technology Advancement Centre (NTAC) in Alor Gajah, Melaka.
