Why not ignore MCA object to have a hostel near Kampar? My Koon could build ownself and let it as NGO and self sustaining. Everything is possible. Mr Koon could buy a land near UTAR and build hostel to let students to rent as they want.

MCA is stukpid and jealous. Why block an educational facility which will serve future or existing students. Take what is beneficial for the people. It does not matter who does it unless MCA wants to claim the bragging rights.

MCA buggers want to earn from students mah, that is why they block hostels.
With hostels around they cannot hike up property price or rent seek whole life.
