Refer to Offer Document dated: 12th March 2018, page 8. Item 1.2(ii)IWH-IWCity Share Swap: "Following the completion of the Offer, IWH will provide the opportunity to Ekovest to participate in the Proposed Listing. For this purpose, Ekovest is to DISPOSE of its IWCity Shares to IWH in exchange for the issuance of new ordinary shares in IWH."

If the deal is accepted, Ekovest would not be able to realise future earnings as value of purchase will be injected into IWH. What do minorities get????

After the IWH-IWCity share swap, IWH will become subsidiary of Ekovest. You think IWCity is given free to IWH?

If the takeover of IWCity by Ekovest doesn't materialize it is likely the share price of IWCity will crash in line with other property counters. What support the market price of IWCity was the proposed cash offer if RM1.50.

I thought i’m luckier than SOS by buying 3x Ock-wa@0.229. No more fund and could not take advantage of recent continuous slide to 0.190.
