雖然「帶路」國家大部份都是貪腐政府居多，也不代表一個廉潔的我國政府不能與中國好好談。因此，換政府最多只能說「帶路」稍為受挫、延誤，觸礁沉沒之說太過。

另一方面，這些工程表面上對於經濟沒有多大助益，但實際上良好的施工水平依然是會利惠我國的。
