RCE Cap share seems attractive for investors looking for moderate returns - with current ROE of 17.02% and DY=4.07%.Its profits aft tax in 2018 =RM1,298 mil and in 2016= RM1,213 mil.It has moderate borrowings in 2018 =RM1,219 mil and in 2017 =RM 1,214 Mil.So follow its uncertainty in future growth.
