When we talked about dividend, we need to understand is it a recurring dividend or one time payment type. Dutaland's dividend is not recurring. So you can't put a floor on this counter. Only when company paying dividend based on their recurring income, will it be sustainable. Each time dividend is paid out, price go down accordingly. So only those paid out based on recurring income would be considered as good dividend play.

Yes Dutaland should not be measured by dividend....but the dividend is just a starting point of better things coming loh, duta should be measure by its liquidation of its assets value in which should easily exceed rm 1.00 loh...!!

aiya dividend is just a show in msia. all pakat one lah.....butaland many retails bought that's why no push,all all sell it to them then it will up.they know how much the retailers buy one. not just butaland,all the counters in bursa
