Dear all, The real smart Sifu OTB already temporarily retired from i3 to get away from the noises/cursing and stay sideline for the headwind and prefect storm to blow over. He will be spoiled of choice with the beat down value stocks and I am sure he will picked many multibagger stocks when the storm and noises settle down in year 2019 or 2020. I am looking forward to his recommendation.
As posted by FamousAmos: bash qqq3 the stupid fool! qqq3 rightly deserve it for his double-talk, PLP king and double head snake from advocate of sailing and margin to flexible small fry trader, trading his dignity for crumb and still has the audacity to talk 3, talk 4 and talk cock in i3. Lol. By the way luckily qqq3 did not walk the talk otherwise he will need to trade his backside for a song to pay off his debt.
Posted by qqq3 > Oct 25, 2018 10:42 AM | Report Abuse Many ways to lose money in this bear market, so many shares at multi years low....surely not restricted to Jaks and Sendai.
Of course. jaks only lost 50% from its peak, and Sendai >40%. Sap sap sui lah with margin finance.
But watch out for Sendai. Margin call will come soon and there will be bloodbath soon.
What about your Genting warrant bought at RM1.07 just 7 months ago? 3 sen now only you know.
Bornoil at 10 sen? CPIP at RM2.25? Taan at RM4.79? Jayatiasa at RM1,35? etc?
Tell us the secrete how you made three times from your RM100k capital the last two years with all those above purchases?
kc chong...my problem is this....portfolio size grew to 300%......bigger the portfolio, even a 10% loss is equivalent to 30% of original portfolio., a 20% loss is equivalent to 60% of original portfolio.....in nominal value terms.
Posted by qqq3 > Oct 25, 2018 03:42 PM | Report Abuse kc chong...the answer is simple....I am a trader.....All the stocks u mention above I have bought before....and many others.... I have dodged all the 2108 bullets....but this week purchases cannot dodge.......
So you bought Genting warrant at RM1.07 March this year and sold it at RM3.21 in 2015.
Genting w...some....and other kinds of shares...I also make money from Bornoil and JTiasa....amongst those u mentioned.....Taan and CP, cannot remember already whether profit or loss.
Posted by qqq3 > Oct 25, 2018 04:14 PM | Report Abuse I made a lot of money from Jaks and Sendai....
So this must be an admission that while you tell everybody in i3investor to sailang and margin Jaks and Sendai at RM1.50 and RM1.20 respectively (you can't run away from this as they are all over the places, unless if you delete your comments), you were selling to them.

Then how come you sold if you are "surely bullish"?
What kind of investing voodoo is that? You were surely bullish, but you sold them?
You were bullish but you sold them for a sen or two gain?
this godfather of value investing very weird character....too weird for me....he sometimes recommends companies with unknown management, market cap below $ 50 million and turnover less than my mamak shop.....very weird....

Enigmatic, thanks but no thanks. I ain't "Godfather of value investing", never claim that, or anything remotely closed to that,
q cube, your English is extremely poor. You can't comprehend simple English article. I thought my articles are simple enough for anyone to understand.
You have mentioned many times here that I "cannot find value buy". Which part of my article here says so?
This is a simple test of your comprehension again. Please read the article.
grandfather of value investing...isn't there a single value buy? just name one...( do not tell me cock and bull story of the past...tell me a value buy as at today.)
now, what has Dow drop 600 got to do with value investing?

Still hoping to get some crumbs from trading? You beg from the wrong person.
Go ask your Godfather. You PLP him so much, I am sure he will give you some crumbs.
Posted by RiverOfSilver > Oct 26, 2018 02:22 AM | Report Abuse Could be just bullshitting
I think you have future in investing in stock with this mind set. Only a small percentage of what is published in the internet space is real.
Yes, a lot of what people say about their good returns are likely to be bullshitting too. For example, this character here, the most active commentator in i3investor, said he tripled his stock value in the last two years, but he never explained how he did it and there is no way to verify it.
But for some, you can see their sharing of stocks published with many analysis all over the years, their philosophy and methodologies, evidences etc. You just have to read them and judge yourself.
Yes, never take anything at face value in the internet space.
Choices and decisions in stock market are not related to what people say and write......
in stock market, choices and decisions people make are related to habits and character.
habits and character are more reliable indicators of what people do in stock market.
stock market, full of talk east go west, talk 3 talk 4., full of BS and full of beating round the bush.....and depends on the agenda of the writer.
remember....Jho Low can make himself sound like an investment guru.....Jho Low can even fill his talks with Confucian ethics, Christian sayings, Koran verses.....and of course Warren Buffett sayings........Jho Low can also quote here quote there....part of his arsenal.

Boom, got you!
Your habit: Talk 3 talk 4 and all nonsense. Sailang here sailang there, margin here margin there, and the end, got in and out for a pittance. Some more talk 3 talk 4 wanted to be two hundred millionaire before he koyak. Already 60+ already.
Evidence of making money, tak da, again talk 3 talk 4, talk east talk west, full of bullshit.
The judgment of what you write can't be yourself, but by others. Look at how others judge you. Any good comments so far from anyone, after tens of thousands of comments from you? Tak da!
most common form of no eye see is risk aversion......too painful to watch, too painful to think about it.....desire to escape reality, desire to escape pain.....
I think we will hold up quite well at 1,400 unless EPF bail out on us lah.. then all Ikan Bilis can become substantial shareholder liao, that is if you still got bullet ah
Posted by qqq3 > Oct 28, 2018 06:58 PM | Report Abuse for value investors how many bullets can u dodge? what does no eye see value investing mean? does no eye see means no shares? or no eyes see means given up..all the shares bought at a high.......become frozen soldier? no eyes see means what? means already defeated? given up? cut loss? go to fixed deposits?
I know very well you aren't a good stock trader, as someone said, if you are you would have been a millionaire already.
But what surprise me more is you are so poor in your English comprehension.

ok ok. Since you are so bad in English comprehension, read the article again.
It means don't waste your valuable time gluing to the computer all the time. Don't waste your bloody time talking nonsense in i3investor.
Have a life.
But that doesn't mean I don't care about the market. Read this in the article,
"Most of all, I enjoy answering questions to my online investment course participants. I have also been doing a lot of analysis on stocks and writing them up for my stock pick service participants. I have also spent a lot of time for my practical investing course this time for those online course participants who wish to learn in depth on value investing in financial statement analysis and various valuations, and for various industiries such as manufacturing, trading, construction, plantation and financial institutions. It is my hobby. Best of all, I can do it in Kuala Lumpur, Ipoh, Taiping, Vietnam, in China, Auckland, or Singapore."

Dear qqq3, I am disappointed with you despite numerous explanations by KC you still remain clueless as of what value investor about and where you get the information, “last 12 months, the value investors lost until father mother cannot recognise.....” Value investors are the hardworking people going thro’ the annual financial report, getting relevant information from internet and make some assumptions as of what the future earning look like then we classified the stocks as growth stock (reasonable PE with solid cash flow and increasing revenue) or value play stock (Low PE with solid assets) we then allocated a certain capital to each of the stocks. We are flexible in selling some of these stocks when we feel that the stocks already achieved our TP and we carried out periodic review and make some rebalancing on our holding when opportunity or our assumption had change to valid an adjustment.
I had never used any derogatory word to hit at any person before and you are the first and hopefully the last. Know why? Posted by hollandking > Oct 29, 2018 12:29 AM | Report Abuse If you are intelligent enough, u will have a clue
