Some like Talam, Dutaland, Mui Bhd, Masteel, Prestar are repeats. Peter Lynch bought the same stock and sold 3 to 4 times in their life cycles.

L&G might be another one in the rotation list after mkh

Yes currently market is weak due to the fact that penergy already up by over 150% from 40 sen low, also most stocks are peaking.

Also Ecrl suspense now over.

Holding depends on your appetite. Maybe you should sell those which have run up and switch some to defensive laggards with dividends?

Expect lots of construction engineers, workers and others to flock to Kajang Bangi putraja enclave

This will boost activity and business for Metrokajang

Mkh has 2 shopping complexes, a 3 star hotel, 4 commercial lands tenanted to 2 hypermarkets, 4 offices and huge housing enclaves in both kajang and semenyih

Mkh should re rerated upward

MKH Kajang 2 has a new KTM station under construction now. If ERCL can interchange there, should be helping the area to become business hub for the southern region.
