This is necessary as equality will be the blockage for everything in this country.

We need to grow together. Open tender will usually benefit the Chinese only as we receive better education since independence not because we are rich, we are willing to fight for brighter future.

LOL..already having defeated mindset before trying. More than 60 years given to grow still need to grow? Something must be seriously wrong with the policy or it's taken for a ride.

It's not that you did not grow but already tasted the gift without any sweat. That is the reason you need continuous handicap, quota or tongkat.
