He made a bad decision on a few USA investment and also took a huge risk in one of the ventures with the Native Americans. He has take very unnecessary rick on that huge investment and as a result a huge write off. I think the same goes with the 21st Century fox theme park. His contract signing with the studio has many loops hole which result to termination of the contract. He needs to hire top class lawyers in USA to help him.
