They are creative in scamming, stealing, twisting words like a snake, MLM schemes and many more money ripping plans. They just need your phone number. That is why every civil and private entities insist for your phone number. Wonder how call centres get your number? It is these entities(Banks, govt portals, retail membership and many more) which sells your private details. They hide behind "TERMS AND CONDITION". The BANGGALI SINGH from DAP must look into this matter. You cannot trust BANK NEGARA too, there are all in this scheme.
