There is a horrible glut of highrise condos in Iskandar

Some with 80% to 90% without occupants

There is a huge shortage of landed houses priced below Rm300k

This mismatch has caused huge distortion

Now must open all condos to foreign buyers

Let the threshold for highrise condos be reduced from rm1 millions to rm300k

If govt delays doing something drastic then in one or two years time there will be more than 200 to 300 of entire condo blocks being abandoned and vandalised

It might turn into Detroit in USA where entire condo neighbourhood turns into ghost towns
