Ask: Do they practise Socratic method in the daily life? Do they think and reflect on Plato Cave and Epicurean paradox regularly?

Only by using Socratic method, they stand a chance to exit Plato Cave, and thus get to see a different perspective model for their lives, the world and the universe differently - in a fresh way. While Epicurean paradox will help them to develop critical judgment and decide on the right model.
The problem is even teachers are not proficient in English. When education ministry proposes a temporary measure to bring in foreign English teachers, the chamipon of race and religion are quick to protest.

This is because their own people make fun of them and in some serious cases ostracise..Sense of being isolated makes them "to join them if cannot beat them". Additional layer of religion is applied to further divide them from civilisation.
That's why I said this is just a preliminary step. So many other changes have to be done. Yet they so-called experts are still calling for research (They should have done that if they are real experts. Else just ask the university professors for answers). No room for delay. A little step...and so late.....
English now and but will revert back to national language when the oldman is gone! Malaysia is better off with national language. English is never compatible with your country! Malaysia should just stay the way it is now. Slow and steady. It is always great to enjoy the third world vibe!

Until 1980s, Malaysia was highly productive until the old man took over leadership. Since then the rot set in all areas. Civil service was spring cleaned to get rid of Non Malays. Every schools headmasters are Malays. Non Malays are employed in bare minimum to show that this country is multi racial and tolerant. It is to appease foreigners and investors.
No wonder countries in the region which were far behind have progressed forward. Malaysia did not progress. All the mammoth infrastructure built is to mask the inefficient leadership. Wayang kulit!!

One will not be able to write or speak proper english by just study maths and science in english. they are all technical terms no proper gramers and limited words for general usage.
