Apart from the government’s vamped up spending, there is no clear fundamental factors that could trigger a strong stock market upward momentum in the near-term.
The stock market resuming a bull market trend—a 20 percent upsurge from recent lows—at a time wherein uncertainty towards coronavirus is heading towards its peak is not fundamentally driven.

Its a fake bull trap! US dollar very strong against all other currencies. Because of this trust in the US dollar they will be able to print and pump into market huge amout of liquidity and yet be able to maintain a strong dollar.

The trust in USD has been greatly eroded by US sanctions on countries they cannot compete with. The plunge in oil price is caused by US itself. They want a higher oil price but they prevented Russia from selling its oil by using sanctions. In short, Us wants to get a free ride. This is the so called "free trade" espoused by US.
