those one-off dividend should not be included as it is very misleading. One-off dividend usually resulted from sale of asset like properties, land etc.

PBB below 4% for the past 5 yrs. Topglove also not top dividend paying stocks for the same period. https://m.investing.com/equities/public-bank-bhd-dividends

To avoid one time dividend we study the past 5 yrs data. If there is misleading information, pls let us know which section of the video is misleading. Tq.
