emergency declaration not only to control pandemic also to control "court cluster" and mad politician their interest only to takeover gov with no concern of the people safety and health. Suhakam interest only to discredit whatever action by gov. never work for interest of malaysian. The whole world are chaotic because of pandemic, current situation is abnormal but suhakam still expect the perfect report on paper ignoring the priotity people survival.
