I not side anyone but i wonder how many (in %) of the local firms really follows the law? I have very bad impression on our execution power, most of the time the regulation is good to see. For instance a reflection strip on the helmet, still there? The black box in a big truck, talk many times but never materialized. I assure you that the gov can catch many of them under the same article for accommodation. But at the bright side, the cost will raise and no more cheap labor will force the firms really look at the automation seriously.
