MCo, FMCO, EMCO all draconian law intended to tackle covid, turning all poor citizens become home prisoners., and become poorer. hope HH can come up with relaxed SOP but effective. learn from s. korea- no lockdown but contain it. many enforcement officers from majis bandaran, to police force abuse power, ask for duit kopi . Corruption, getting worse during emergency period.
