What article is this ? Winter Olympic was organised and ran by IOC with HQ in switzerland and president is a German. Thomas Bach. Furthermore all judges were from International reputable person in their respective expertise. TODAY NEWS is totally not true and FAKE news. Eileen Gu by competing in China alone she made USD34 millions in 2020 alone, this had nothing to do politic and China communist party. During the Donald Trump administration, the American Chinese descendants are treated unfairly and this is the result of bad leader American had chosen resulting the flight of American tallent to China and this tallent not only was not treated unfairly in China, they are liken and cherish by the Chinese people so much so that they are now the superstar and national hero. American must only blame themself.

Western mainstream media has nothing good to say about China. News is always twisted and prejudiced. Why do Americans pick on Gu AiLing for representing China in freestyle skiing but not Naomi Osaka for representing Japan in tennis? Both were American trained and raised, even if Osaka was Japan born, moving to the US with her parents when aged only three. Is it because Gu decided to honor her Chinese maternal side for very personal reasons? If Gu was half Japanese, would she have attracted such undeserved vitriol? I am rooting for her to medal in all three free ski disciplines she is entered it and for western media to "eat it".
