What is the need of further trade talk? As it is now, if Walmart want to buy anything from China, just go ahead. Otherwise it can always buy from Mexico. Likewise, if China wants to buy anything from US, if price and terms are right, China is more willing to buy. If any other country offers a better deal, just say bye-bye to the US sellers.
