If you have doubt about the management, stay away from the business they are running too. Not difficult. After all, there are so many other stocks to look at

Nowadays I vote with my feet if I sense somthing is not right with the BOD/Management but I will hold balance 500 unit to qualify as shareholder and prepare my tough, difficult and probing qestions for AGM to hold BOD and management accoutable, responsible and answerable.

I will then make formal complaint to SC and Bursa if my after AGM follow up questions show a clear sign of fraud/againt Burs/SC rule and regulation.

You can learn alot from the forum ppl sharing leh. Very simple you can learn from prof 3iii but not his student MikeJohnChewCyacing leh.
