Who are these various parties if not for those who have interest in retaining those classes. It is easy money that some do not want to let go. A motorcyclist is able to handle any motorcycle with years of riding experience. It is a skill and not something that you gauge with written exams. Besides not many can afford to ride bigger cc bikes given the cost of the bike and it's maintenance or repair. So don't make a small matter as if it is a bigger problem. Actually the other parties don't care about motorcyclist. Their concern is losing an income resource. Too many pretenders masquerading as champion of the people with ulterior motive.
