99 Speedmart IPO price RM 1.65 X no share 8,400,000,000 = Value at RM 13,860,000,000.
The estimated profit for 2025 = RM 440,000,000 ( info from 89unclechan)
P/E ratio = 31.5

Product is murah but the share price tak murah

this 99 Speedmart is a priced as a Growth stock at IPO level

=> whether it will become a growth stock doubling to 6,000 outlets is something only YOU can decide yourself

Personally I think its highly possible to grow so its MAY be a buy even though on surface it looks overpriced.

What is happening on the ground is that
Bangla supermarkets will open very nearby some 99 outlets
Bangla supermarkets take stock from 99 on cash basis since all these are illegal Bangla stores existing due to lack of Town Council enforcement.
So no supplier will deliver to these illegal Bangla shops
Bangla goes to buy from Bangla supermarket.

at high dense Bangla locations these illegal Bangla shopkeepers always swipe 99 outlets until shelves are 100% empty at certain instances.

The interpretation is that there is tremendous headroom for 99 outlet upward price mobility since these illegal Bangla shops are making huge daily profits as well.

so
Revenue increase is possible.
Double Growth may be possible.

Lagi Dekat Lagi Murah
Within 1 km radius form my home, there are 4 Speed Mart 99 outlets. Every corner in Selangor, you can find Speed Mart 99 outlets. Biggest home grown mini market chain, beating KK Mart, CU, Family Mart, Seven-eleven by 1000 miles......
