if we dont accept the rights issue offer by rcecap ,do i still entitled the bonus share ? plz someone explaint to me becoz i am still new ,thank you .

You are still entitle to the bonus issue. The right issue comes after the bonus issue. You can reject the right issue, but usually these will be issued below market price to be attractive to the shareholders.

If you bought before the ex-date of bonus ie 29th of Oct. your bonus shares should be in your CDS acc. now even you didn't accept the right; and If you buy now, no bonus.

thank lotsofmoney and aunloke for the explaination , today the mother share prices was below the rights issue 38cents , were the right issues price to be adjusted further according to the mother share ? thank

nobody in the right mind will take the offer of RCPS, this you can see at the price quote where shares are offered free !!Never before has this happen !!

Also the price of 30 cents is the lowest for the year, so somebody really want the price to be low so he can mop up the shares.

Anyway, personally I am waiting to sell this no use share after holding for a very long, long time!! just my opinion.

inverstor77 thank to share ur opinion , u r right who will take the offer of rcps ,the offer price is much higher than the present price .
