We refer to the article on page 1 of The Star Biz dated 11 June 2013 and wish to clarify that since the disposal of Tanjung Kapal Services Sdn Bhd from the Group in July 2012, we have reviewed various business proposals for potential acquisitions, including the potential acquisition of an oil and gas drilling company. We wish to announce that the Group is currently in preliminary discussions with the said drilling company on the aforesaid potential acquisition, amongst other proposals.

As at todate, we wish to inform that we have not appointed any advisers and have not commenced any financial and legal due diligence on the said company/assets. We will make the relevant announcements upon completion of the said due diligences in due course
