i bought at 0.095 and after 5 minute realize that historically their QR release 29.4 every year..Quickly sold back at entry price..after 10 minute holding...huh..brokerage loss

Corporate practice to reward employees to subscribe more shares at discounted fixed price. Hope they get motivated after chip in money and work harder. Ucrest should response why there is delay in QR.

ESOS is a double edge sword.
To think positively, it is initially a noble invention to reward the hardworking, to promote loyalty and to achieve better.

Other than Mr Eg i don't see other directors owning the stock. Ownership is important to grow the biz together and to boost confident on other public shareholders. I feel like this is like a one man show company.
