Their announcement was on 3/5/21, so they sold earlier price range was around that price. If mini 2.60, why sell so low? They will sell again soon. DJ heavy losses for 2 days.

It is only reasonable for ESOS to have discount 5 days average market price of 10% up to 20%; a discount of 80% is a cheat on all the investors.

7/5 announcement pick up 2,000,000 by each of the Directors.

Eg Kaa Chee think that we are all fools, being fooled once is enough. Don't be blind by greed and be fooled the 2nd time.

They could have pump up further, but they chose to take profit bec it was too tempting for them as their cost is very low. By doing that, they lost the trust of fools like us who believe their shows.

Common guys...

The esos was announced way back in 2017 when price was low at that time. Now they only exercise the esos. Please see bursa announcement at remarks column. It said “allocation of share”. Whether they sold immediately after allocation was not clear as there was no announcement of this yet. Myself also lost money from this counter. But let’s be objective.

Whether ESOS is sold or not after exercising is not important.its a matter of time they will be disposed to you at your loss. The directors got nothing to lose as long as the Esos is sold at above rm0.08

It is ridiculous to set a price 4 years ago for ESOS and exercise the same. Normal price would be 5 days average market price. Exercise of ESOS means sell the shares and take the difference.

Fishy more fishy.

The auditor was reappointed at the last AGM of the co held on 17.11.2020 till the next AGM .However ,the auditor had resigned on 10.02.2021 before the end of the term.

Usually,the resigning auditors must provide the company with the statement surrounding the circumstances of their resignation to be brought to the attention of the co shareholders and creditors.

Surprisingly, in the Co's statement for change of audiors,it says the resignation was on voluntary basis and the reason was due to disagreement on the audit fees.

I thought the audited fee had been duly determined and agreed upon well before the reappointment taken place on 17.11.2020 for another term.l doubt the reason for resignation was due to the audit fee. The auditors could have resigned at the AGM and did not seek for re-appointment if the audit fee was not pre-agreed then.

Furthermore,the board in their "change of auditors statement" says they are not aware of any matters that need to be brought to the attention of the SH of the co. There must be statements surronding the circumstances of the resignation of the auditors as the auditors had resigned before the end of their term

The more it goes ,the more doubts are cast,the more fishy it is....

Initially,Russia through its investment arms tried very hard to capture the EU market by collaborating with European firms to set up and produce the vaccine in EU .However the move was blocked by EMA whereby no EU members are allowed to use Russia vaccines without green light from EMA.

Why? Very simple.EU key members do not trust Russian vaccines even though it was assured by Russia that the vaccine was produced in EU states under the supervision of EMA. EMA has cast doubts on the safety of the vaccine under the context of the conspiracy theory and biological warfare etc etc.

Note It has nothing to do with the efficacy of Russia vaccine. The vaccine is fine. Its just that the EU key members are delusional and overacted but they have reasons to believe that Russia has been hostile with an axe to grind and different agenda.

On the above basis ,EMA is not expected to approve not in the immediate future or foreseeable future. So stop fantasising the inflow of big money....

Against all odds,Russia has no other alternatives but to turn to this counter to try their luck for a breakthrough to EU.

Gathered from the facts of circumstances ,It can be concluded that the said plan is doomed to failure , which will not be materialised.

It is very cleared that the Director put up a show to pump for them to dump their 1st ESOS. 2nd shows will see them cash out more as there are more ESOS to come. They should at least pretend and sell slowing then it would not be so obvious.

How many innocent investors lost their hard earn money?

Eg Kaa Chee, we would not be fooled again the 2nd time, stop your shows.

ES0S is supposed to benefit the employees but too bad,this was not the case .directors benefit from 69.6.m shares option under ESOS which had been approved in 2018 and is valid for 3 years till 2021

So far, out of 69.6 m under ESOS , 23.2 m shares(1st round) have been Granted leaving 46.4 m (subsequent rounds) is yet to be granted. It is believed the remaining is to be granted soon as its expiry draws nearer and nearer

Of 23.2 m shares, 21.86 m were granted to the directors in April 2020 representing 94.2% while 5.8% was granted to the employees ,which was very pathetic to genuine employees.The exercise price predetermined at 0.0868 which was incredibly low on purpose to enrich the directors.

Very soon ,all these ESOS will be dumped to you and they stand to gain at the disposal of shareholders like you.
