He didn't have to be responsible for what he said in FB which is not a proper channel to give announcement. He was only playing his monkey shows for the Directors to cash out big from their ESOS.

Not every wave behave the same, every time, everyday...it can change anytime..in the morning the weather forecast says 1 meter wave, suddenly a 3 meter wave hit your small sampan ! you blame the weather forecaster ? maybe yes maybe not.
