Germany won't buy due to disapproval of EU.Germany has already stressed to RDIF that it won't buy until EU has approved...

Its just a nicer way of rejecting Russian for the purchase.

Ucrest already inked contract with Chinese manufacturers in China for Sputnik V.
Vaksin is just part of their business. They don't rely solely on Malaysia Sputnik V deal to expand & grow their business revenue.
Ucrest core business is actually in healthcare technology solution which is very closely related to covid19.

Kalo Sputnik V tak jadi di M'sia, Dpharma will be the 1st to drop, Cik Abang.

Nobody can tell future.
