The Property is currently occupied by a supplier of surface finishing services to OFM. Via this business arrangement, instead of paying monthly rental, the Supplier has been providing surface finishing services on an exclusive basis coupled with a discounted price from market rate for all its surface finishing services to OFM. Such arrangement will assist OFM to continue to be competitive and ensure its product delivery commitment to its customers
when I read the notice of EGM to be held of Feb 25, 2016 at EXORA Hotel, the company trying to passing thru the 7 resolution to grant ESOS to the management team.
Question: It's norm that the management to be granted such huge amount of ESOS?
e.g. chairman - 5.0 million MD - 7.2598 million Executive Director - 7.2598 million

Personal opinion.
Mix:-
Pros - it will make employee feel ownership, work hard, will improve overall company performance
Cons - will reduce EPS.
against it is very much depending on company policy on how they implementing ESOS.
