A Broadband Telephony and 3G mobile video applications technology ACE listed company owning only 1 office unit in Plaza Sentral with computers and tables chairs being their assets!!No wonder the company is worth only RM0.05.
Citigroup Global Markets Limited acting as prime broker for a client on 27/3/2012 sold 8.5m shares via open market instructed by client and on 24/04/2012 Acquired 10,129,700 also under same instruction. Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch on 2.8.12 also buy and then sell using the same stunt.
Now you have The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. buying 11,568,100 Shares, and also be doing the same act under instruction of the substantial shareholders.
This company is fit for NYSE listing on pink sheet. Investors should not by mislead by above act. Goldman is one of the culprits of subprime crisis in year 2006/7
Goldman bought it at avg 0.12 ish , so at current 0.10 , maybe good time to BUY ??? Any comments fr floor ............ Annual Audited 2012 shows improved Debts !
3.6.12 Range 0.13-0.15 Volume:4.022m--Bullish hammer Goldman Sach announce this date buy 11m shares??can be an off market deal with the substantial shareholders.
4.6.12 Range 0.15-0.29 Volume:61.6m traded--Bullish inverted hammer 5.6.12 Range 0.125-0.25 Volume:138.5m traded--Bearish engulfing 6.6.12 Range 0.10-0.13 Volume:74.5m--Abandon baby.
Goldman Sach and directors are laughing all the way to the bank. You investors have to cut if rebound near 0.14 otherwise you be crying foul holding a non graduated ACE company.
if you buy in today or yesterday, would you still be entitled to the rights issue + free warrants ?... seems fishy but if financial report looks ok then why not for med-long term investment...
Could well b goreng "fish & chips" but no sign of GoldMan dispose yet n therefore paper loss to them is 20% ish , thou it will not bounce back up towards0.20 but is no surprise it might head towards 0.15 soon ...........
Hi Dvm friends, my pc still down, so I'm posting my humble views here in this thread. I'll put it in very simple layman terms. If you people may realise, all these ACE counters have virtually no fundamentals and would not even make the grade of institutional investors let alone GS. GS has got to be acting for some shareholders to drive up the share price for them to distribute at high price back to the retailers. This what we call Pump & Dump. The ingredients to succeed this are 1) Spin a story, as in this case the incubator business worth about RM180million which leads to the need to raise capital thru a Rights issue..... 2) propose a rights issue at par value, drive up the share price to create a Bonus Element between the rights offer and the current share price so that retailers deemed it worthwhile to subscribe for the rights. In many cases, it's always after they had announced the Ex-date for the Rights exercise that they pump the share price to spiral out of control to draw the buyers in order for them to distribute (DISPOSE) their shares to unsuspecting punters. Let me point out that on Tuesday, after hovering at 17 sen during the morning session, they orchestrated a spike up to 29 sen all the way up, gobbling up whatever that's on queue causing a frenzy of buying at 26, 27. This is when they unloaded in huge volume all the way down to close 22. Just 2 days away from the ex-date. Settled back at 13 for price to go ex. The warrants are a common instrument to sweeten the whole exercise.......... Having been in the stockbroking fraternity a good part of my working life, I had observed the same kind of Pump & Dump in almost all funds raising exercise in order to justify people putting more money into the company. Sadly in most cases, especially ACE counters, you will find that by such time when the exercise is complete, the major shareholders had already made an exit, leaving a lot of victims bleeding blood. I believe Dvm may trade lower when the new rights shares are traded because by then the enlarged share cap had already doubled. However, I would foresee the stock being played up again in another 3 to 4 months for the directors to unload their warrants which are given free. Now when this happens, I hope you guys are selling on the way up and not chasing the frenzy to be slaughtered up there. .... Lastly, I would like you people to take note of Ideal Jacobs which is undertaking a rights issue quite soon and see if it would unfold in the same manner. Please feel free to present your rebuttal for anyone who disagree. It's a learning process for as long as you still dabble in the stock market.
You all should feel fortunate to have Sandra to explain in great details what is happening. Yup, what she said are true. I am also from stock broking. Newbies, please don't dream can make a fortune from penny shares. A lot of remisiers that look at the market everyday trying to guess the penny shares direction still losing money. Try to invest on big cap first. Before you can master big cap movement, don't try small cap, as most the small cap are manipulated. It can drop to whatever price they want and up to whatever price they want too.
Only 10% can make a fortune in stock market. Want to be the 10%... first, buy a investment book to read.
My advise: Just cut and learn a lesson and never try to act smart again. Yup, it might rebound to maybe 0.150.. but god knows. 0.130 is a very very strong resistance price. Risk is too high. I know a lot won't cut at this price.... But, if drop to 0.06 and then rebound to 0.08, you will cut. I know very painful, I went through before, at night can't sleep. But, only painful then you will learn the lesson and never try to do it again.
i think a bigger drama is in action. BURSA is not that stupid fool to simply approve right issue. you think DVM boss will jump ship prior to right exercise, if that is the case the right exercise will collapse because no taker on right issue. the record show no volume for last 50 weeks, high volume only on tuesday n wednesday, it could be sell down, or intentionally rolling down.
Base on technical analysis... The up volume was so low.. Only until it reach 0.100 and above the heavy volume come in. Means the base of this counter is too weak. Too many people bought at high price. Even want to rebound, it will take long time.
See Patimas? Same pattern, up volume is so low, but down volume so heavy.
Indeed, very interesting reading and who knows what other surprises or challenges comes next week , my ending note is off the screen & enjoy our valuable weekend !!!
Dondy, you were right too... It will be push up again but don't expect to a very high price. Above the right shares price, attractive enough for them to subscribe will do....
the volume come 1 day before ex-right, they are many retail fool might not aware of it BUT market can not have so many stupid fools on Wednesday ! only a very very stupid dump fool will buy on eve of ex, even they want to ,i believe remisers will not buy for them unless they want to go for rights. just ask around how many stupid fool you know got buy this share ??? this share basically no people play after Christian dump out n that end of the story liow. i ask so many penny players, all of them are basically not aware of this counter, they only addicted to counters like tms, nexnet, gpro, harvest etc....or what ever market rumour penny stocks. anyway i still have not met any person who bought this share, even my remiser got zero business on this DVM.
if we buy earlier b4 june 4th, and sell it on june 4th we hv won already.Sandra gave a comprehensive write out on what some local companies do, illustrating the point that not all companies exhibit professionalism. Its biz.DVM will make money and if we invest correctly,we can make good money from it as well....Sandra,thankyou for yr honest comment
Avis, rights entitlement is 4 rights & 3 wrts for every 2 you have. If rebase to 1, it will be 2 rights & 1.5 wrts for every one. So 10 lots will be 10 x 2 rights = 20 lots. Best is consult yr remisier.
This book is the result of the author's many years of experience and observation throughout his 26 years in the stockbroking industry. It was written for general public to learn to invest based on facts and not on fantasies or hearsay....
