I think the % shareholding is the same. No change except for the number of shares held by GMS for the rights subscription. Total shares approximately 42 million over 580 million total. So less than 10% shareholding. Their earlier entry price (for previous 14 million shares) is about 8.5 - 9.5 cts. Seems like they are now at a loss..
But no worries, my friends telling me a few weeks ago that a SG tycoon is interested because of good growth prospect. This guy built his empire from the IT industry and he also has a few IT startups, suits the cup of tea by entering DVM.
When he comes, I think the share will rise HOT !! ;)
Go to Holland already, who is the one keep telling people the price will go up to 19sen or some fellow frm Singapore wants to buy...Just blow rumour to the market only, no solid info...
