综合设施管理服务供应商 GFM (0039) 于2020财年第四季度营业额QOQ增长了约20%至3,230万令吉.

增长的主要原因是获得了国家石油属下公司颁给的合约，以提供运营和维护（“ O＆M”）服务于边佳兰综合中心Pengerang Integrated Complex (“PIC”)。

集团的设施管理服务部门仍然是主要的收入来源，在2020财年达到8240万令吉，占总收入的71％。

尽管市场情绪低迷，GFM在这一年中还是成功获得了新合同，以管理马来西亚依斯干达教育城，位於柔佛伊斯堪达公主城（EduCity Iskandar）内的设施，以及在Pengerang Integrated Complex (“PIC”) 提供运营和维护（“ O＆M”）服务。

以及在 UiTM Mukah campus 提供设备管理FM服务的特许经营权，直至2035年.

与此同时，也正在收购Amzass（M）Sdn Bhd高达70％的股份, 该公司被授权升级现有的设施位于Bemban lay-bys 的南北大道沿线的休息站和服务区.

集团也表示南北高速公路是马来西亚经济和社会发展的关键推动力，因此在这项业务中具有很大的潜力，去提供升级休息站内设施等.

这将扩大GFM的服务范围和经常性收入来源。

截至2020年12月31日，该集团未完成的订单为12亿令吉.
