GFM Services Bhd has entered into a share sale agreement with Kumpulan Parabena Sdn Bhd to acquire a 100.0% stake in concession holder, KP Mukah Development Sdn Bhd (KP Mukah) for RM130.0 mln. KP Mukah holds a concession, awarded by the Malaysian government and Universiti Teknologi Mara, which entails the design, build and construction of UiTM Mukah campus in Sarawak and the delivery of facilities management services. The concession period is for 23 years from September 2012 until September 2035.
The acquisition will boost GFM orderbook to about RM1.50 bln, generating a new stream of stable cash flow that ensures long-term earnings visibility. The acquisition will be funded by a combination of internal funds, equity financing and borrowings. (The Star Online)

GFM Services: To acquire UiTM Mukah concessionaire. GFM Services is buying an asset management firm that owns the concession to maintain the facilities and infrastructure of Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM) in Mukah, Sarawak. The proposed RM130m deal will see GFM Services taking full control of KP Mukah SB (KPMD), the company said. KPMD is currently undertaking the facilities management services of the concession since Oct 9, 2015 and will end after Sept 17, 2035. (StarBiz)

（吉隆坡14日讯）GFM服务（GFM，0039，创业板科技组）建议中的收购计划和可能升级到主要交易板，有望令该股浮现购兴，乐天交易建议买进该股。

乐天交易指出，GFM服务是通过倒置收购AsiaEP资源有限公司而在创业板上市。GFM服务是一家拥有超过年良好纪录的综合设施管理服务公司，它承包主要是教育领域和PPP项目的各种资产管理业务，自2010年以来就专门为4所玛拉工艺大学校（UiTM）园提供咨询和设施管理服务。

GFM服务最近建议以1亿3000万令吉收购持有砂拉越州木胶UiTM的设施管理特许经营权直到2035年的KP木胶私人有限公司，收购价相等于本益比的7.3倍。这将使到它的收益增加超逾一倍。纳入木胶UiTM将使GFM成为一家有利可图18年的特许经营公司，该交易预料可在2018年第三季完成。

在目前，GFM旗下26个进行中项目的订单总值达2亿6200万令吉，预料可在未来3至5年带来盈利可见度和经常性收入。

乐天指出，GFM的净赚幅为15%，比其他同业高，加上拨出40%净盈利供派发股息的政策，其周息率达4%。该公司预料可在2018财政年取得双位数的收益增长率，并于2019财政年取得3000万令吉的净盈利，这意味着本益比为7.8倍。

该行给予买进评级，目标价60仙，这是根据13倍本益比估值。

GFM is the only company trading at a similar PER against the international established players such as Aramak, ISS A/S, Compass Group and Sodexo. We reckon the company is deeply underappreciated largely due to bearish market sentiments and the lack of new high profile contract wins lately.
