Ya agreed, most of the time the directors have stripped the company bare before it gets delisted and small time investors are the big loosers! When these companies go for listing, they promised the moon but not long after the listing, either no dividend being given, the company goes into the red or the company goes bust!! Has the SC done a good due diligence job on these companies before the listing?? God knows!!
Once delisted, god knows whether it will be listed again. Just look at Intelligent Edge which has been delisted. The directors didnt make any genuine attempt to revive or save the company from being delisted simply because they already make their pile and stripped the company naked. Again, small investors are the big loosers. These people are crooks!
am actually shocked that the uncle who teaches me basketball is clement tan. which is the second highest shareholder in this company. weird feeling i have here

My hunch is GFM is a potential goldmine. Dec 2015 revenue for GFM Services of RM70m. Assuming 10% profit margin, RM7m. 7m/809,689 shares: 8.6c EPS. Dividend policy of 40%. At current price of 50c, PE of 5.8x. Assuming 2.5c dividend, that's 5% dividend yield. At this level, definitely much cheaper than AWC.
