(吉隆坡22日讯）客凯易（CUSCAPI,0051,主板科技组）强调，如果有利可图，该公司会与MYEG服务（MYEG,0138,主板贸服组）合作，惟目前将专注于整合计划。

客凯易执行主席拿督加耶古马在股东大会后表示，目前评论会否与MYEG服务合作尚言之过早。不过，在拥有商业发展的可能之下，合作机会是存在的，两家公司当下并没有任何合作计划。

甫于本月初接任客凯易执行主席一职的加耶古马，曾于2009年受委为MYEG综合网络私人有限公司董事经理，他表示，目前并没有在MYEG服务担任任何职位。

客凯易迎来新管理层后，加耶古马指出，现阶段最重要的是为公司带来盈利，同时，尽量满足客户的需求。

他说，客凯易将整合旗下人力资源和产品，同时专注于服务现有客户，以提供合乎需求的解决方案。

加耶古马指出，客凯易也将评估现有的产品，并作出适当的调整，以便能够满足客户的要求。

加耶古马坦言，虽然中国业务拖累客凯易的业绩表现，但中国依然是庞大的市场，并是该公司的主要营业额贡献，因此将检讨这方面的业务，以拟定未来的方向。

他补充，目前该公司的业务涉及餐饮领域，未来则扩展至零售领域。

加耶古马直言，本财政年客凯易依然难以转亏为盈，而他仅新上任，需时了解公司的业务，并拟定新方向。

他指出，客凯易在区域包括大马拥有很好的根基，并有机会攫取政府合约。

加耶古马相信，今年末季，客凯易将能有新方向出炉，而下财政年的业绩表现也预计比本财政年好。

客凯易今年第一季净亏438万1000令吉，比较前期净亏452万令吉。

询及客凯易近期的股价表现，加耶古马认为目前处在平稳的水平，而该公司的资产强劲，并拥有稳健的立足点，且年杪新方向出炉后，有望呈上扬趋势。

客凯易股价在大选后，短短两周内急挫21.5仙或60.56%，由35.5仙跌至14仙低位，今日则以平盘价23仙报收，成交量达1092万零400股。
