fil already bought jobstreet since 2008, their return excluding dividend already hit 400%. for them they got a very good deal and they can reinvest the proceeds in other opportunities to generate better returns

u are asking silly questions again. buyer side need investment banker and seller side also hire invesyment banker. seek hired goldman and cimb , job hired hwangdbs ...they both also paid the investment banking fees not just jobstreet is paying, seek also paid to goldman and cimb. you are very wrong, u notice or not?

again, u think lousy price , fil won't think like how u think. jobstreet management get lots of praise including from mswg for being able to get high valuation in this deal. only u keep on saying lousy deal everyday

u don't understand what the reason the got into pn17. how to solve pn17 if they have not complete the deal? sell the unit one year by one year? so that they won't trigger the pn17 rules?

1.7 billion will be paid to shareholders it's a good thing but the way u said is like paying dividend is a devil kind of thingy. and there are many ways to do reorganize a pn17 company, but u keep on relating pn17 scenario to doom day, this is a very false comment

On December 31, it submitted an application to Bursa for a waiver to submit a regularisation plan and upliftment of Adventa from PN17.
The company has managed to record quarterly net profits of RM1.30 million, RM1.33 million and RM1.66 million in the last three quarters, which fulfilled the requirement of recording a minimum of two consecutive quarters of profit to exit the PN17 status.

come on...they got 20% stakes in associates, it will be accounted as joint profit from associates not dividend from investment. u should really get your informations right.
