the 2nd qr is low, but 2n half expected should be good, in business you cannot expect all to be up up up. A real investor wouldnt just throw and run with its tail between the hind legs.Continue div declared ensures that the accounts and reserved are in order. Check out further. Plz put up a manufacturing plant producing LED products like Philips or Osram , then you can buy Elsoft's ATE to test your LED products or set up another manufacturing entity to produce automotive LED light like those Audi cars used then Elsoft will send their marketing rep to meet you .

expensive, you don't even know what kind of Elsoft business is. Very funny. Do you think market is crazy to chase Elsoft till 1.60? Since market sentiment is bad from this early year, investors are more careful in investment. To further protect our money, there are only two options.

First, buy high dividend payout stocks so that you are able to hold the stocks in the long run.
Second, buy high growth stocks which has expected bright future.

Elsoft is the latter. Even though the market demand for LED is slowing down, Elsoft management team is trying very hard to open new markets in automobile and medical industry. Delay doesn't mean the whole business is gone. If you wants to buy a stock which its price will increase sharply in few days, please don't buy Elsoft and leave this discussion group now.

I believe Tianjin and I have a same mind and confidence on the future Elsoft's businesses. What Elsoft doing are all correct moves in this poor economy market. We don't need to convince you. I suggest you to buy other stocks.

gift and others I do not know who recommend this expensive stock to all of you as my ID suggest. I personally bought before Philips or Osram light but not Audi(how many people own this car?) car light. If latest EPS 1.03sen when annualized should be only 4.12sen. If give target PE 20, Elsoft should worth only 82sen.

Why a cash rich company still want to issue more shares to raise cash? So that directors can sell their shares to make easy money since so many gamblers like Elsoft so much? I won't dare touch this stock unlike i3 members when there are so many counters cheaper around.

我把话说回来，Elsoft 的涨价必有其因是我们散户不知情而蒙了。 散户一般只能依据公布过的数据来衡量她的未来价值，但是这些数据又不能很可靠反映一个上市公司的前景。一般上，前一个业绩出现不理想时，大家都可能将下个业绩混为一谈， 这是最容易常用的评估方法之一。

可是对Elsoft来说，她并不一般。据我所知，未来的业绩Elsoft会交出令人鼓舞的好成绩来，这或许是其中的原因之一吧！促使基金在累积着股价往上攀升

i believe elsolf has attracted some institutional investors after listing in the main board... I start seeing some fund houses in the top 30 shareholding list.....definitely a good sign...
