Frank, just have to wait for 4th qr announcements to confirm. I am keeping my fingers crossed. This friend of mine does not invest in share mkt, but got a relative working in Elsoft. Lets see.

Did any body know why the fixed assets of the company have not changed since 2013? Why the management didn't plan to acquire more plant, property & equipment to increase its market share? The ROIC is as high as 99.7% for FY16.

这次公司因为电子需求疲弱，赚幅比起前年Q4，跌了3%，但是因为3个原因: improved gross product margin / gain in foreign exchange / lower fair value loss on other investment ，净利反而比去年同季度进步了27%。

而全年成绩无论是盈利，净利或EPS，2016 都比2015 进步了，股息也增加了～

Compared to the broader market, there isn't much company able to generate ROR ROE 30%-40% as this counter, furthermore giving dividends. High margin also translate into high barriers of entry and competitiveness. Furthermore the management has been actively generating sources of income if not passively. If sales are bad, management can slash price, but yet the return on revenue has been increasing over the years.
