Authority is more concern on its bottom line instead of enforcement. More traders are better for them. As for this Chinese listed locally, only best for trading as its reliability remains doubtful. Hopefully cash balance is genuine and sustainable, current assets is too high and risk of impairment as like others, lack of disclosure on its quality. Revenue down all the way. Hopefully seafood not becoming salted fish.

Change name is just an easy tactic to rebuild corporate image as the old one is horrible. Lol. Many management did that as it is the easiest job to get high pay for management instead of improving revenue and profit which is tedious.
