Anyone can assist in explaining the workings of MAG Redeemable Convertible Notes at 20 sen? Does this imply that the converter pays 20 sen and gain one mother share? What is his/her initial cost of the convertible notes and once converted, does it increases the total paid-up capital?

With Result announcement on 27.08.2020 which relatively good and increased in market liquidity from the sales by Li, seem like good timing to study on the counter.

LI is gaining control of the company.Now 8 percent range.In order to be executive director,he need to up the shares to above 25 percent as safe bet.Not included any other new shareholder to invest in MAG.NTA 80 cents,so the price 27 cent almost 67 percent discount.MAG is on seafood businesses (prawn related businesses).

I agree on the 40 over cent range for MAG.Possible on the 41-45 cents range.If profit continue to up on each quarter then the 40 cents range can be higher thn tht.
