The TMClife Wa is going to up higher point between 0.39--0.4 above...The warrant concersion rate is 0.4...it is not possible tmclife take 0.23 change the 1 mother share 0.4......it will make the tmclife-wa more than 0.4 between maturity date.....who want make the no money business and rugi business....

merging does seem like a logical approach. SG too expensive to continue running a regional office / HQ in the long term. moving operations to MY (Iskandar) is in the pipelines of a lot of SG companies i know...... my two cents, the merge will occur, when the timing is correct.....

Yup merging will be an option. Regional office/ HQ will remain in SG, they need the infrastructure, talent, safety in SG. Only those small medium company that cannot survive in SG will move to Iskandar, they need cheaper labour and operating cost.. As PL control over 76% of shares, he can do anything include push down the price and delist it. Nobody able to againt the 76%.. Just be cautious..

don't forget...Peter Lim is planning to build a integrated hospital + duplex kind of development at Stulang, Johor Bahru area. Who knows he might inject this asset into TMClife? He used to be a broker king. He sure knows how to play with the market and unlock the value of what he owns.
