Correct me if I am wrong. Let say I bought the warrant @ 0.08 then if I want to convert to mother fo ra conversion price of 0.40, then my cost will be 0.48 then. Considering that mother is now traded at 0.655, then it's worth to convert rite? So tmrw the ALA EXERCISE will float 10m of warrants to float for the exercise rite?

The ALA means there will be less those 10m warrants to sell and the conversion has cost the bearer the almost the current price of the mother.

those who bought warrant 0.08 is ok but not those who bought higher should think wisely. But for me, the conversion of warrant to mother has a very good prospect for long term investment as the Company has a good future..
