wa sudah cakap apamacam counter nta sudah < 50% capital equity...criteria masuk PN17...and suda tutup kilang...then suddenly naga-jeneral lah...daughter of tancong lah...mau beli ini company...hebat sandiwara...tapi ramai org patut suda boleh fikir for a company that had just proposed to reduce their par value by half to 5 cents...(adeke ace kaunter par value 5 sen ..mungkin ada kot?)...haha sama cam hytexin and irmgp...sikit pun tak beza

is this another example pump and dump case? They are undergoing par value reduction and the fact that this company is worth only a mere 4 cts. Most importantly, we will never know how much losses they will incur for their FOREIGN CLEANING operation business this year. Last year, more than 6 Millions!! We can only know by 21/09/2013 again loss or profit...read their circular on par value reduction especially on their outlook on foreign operations with respect to their cleaning business.

And why Naga bought in?? Star said reverse takeover?? And reverse takeover only buy 18million shares (5% only)?? And hibiscus is still a losing money spac.

Downtrend to 3-5 cts again soon. Shareholders selling big time...as seen by selling by Goh and Heng from Novatige. I definitely dun believe in a reverse takeover cos if so, novatige WILL NOT be selling. Just my guess..ur choice to evaluate guys.
