I think probably the director/major shareholder bought a lump sum of 5 millions shares from another substantial shareholder at a higher price .....................open market unable to get such a big volume. My opinion only, correct me if I'm wrong.

it is not mr chua purchase frm wife, their share have add to 12.8% frm 11.55%, who the seller that sell the 5m to T S Ching, should have announcement, so big portion, accept she buy frm open market, but did't see any 5 m tran in open market this few week at all. .............. ??????????

I would think that in alot of circumstances, the logical reason for someone to buy shares higher than market price via off market deals is because :-
1. Buyer n seller friendly parties
2. Off records, they reimburses for the difference
3. To show the world that it is in demand (pretty artificial)

Bcos this stock may lack fundamental, watch what the paper writes to stir it up. The last rumours was perisai boss has a keen interest to reverse some assets into this counter. Pumped and dumped. So let's see.
