can anyone explain to me this latest announcement? i realy did not understand it. does every share holder will get additional shares uder WA or WB ?? I am realy confuse here..
What does these means: 1.a par value reduction via the cancellation of RM0.04 of the par value of every existing ordinary share of RM0.05 each in the issued and paid-up share capital of SEBB pursuant to Section 64 of the Companies Act, 1965 ("Proposed Par Value Reduction"); 2.a renounceable rights issue of up to 6,394,619,360 new ordinary shares of RM0.01 each in SEBB ("SEBB Share(s)" or "Share(s)") ("Rights Share(s)") on the basis of 5 Rights Shares for every 1 SEBB Share held, together with up to 2,557,847,744 free detachable warrants ("Warrant(s) C") on the basis of 2 Warrants C for every 5 Rights Shares subscribed for, based on an entitlement date to be determined later upon the completion of the Proposed Par Value Reduction ("Proposed Rights Issue with Warrants");
just pump few hundred k unit into WB for big % play^^ overall construction sales etc is take into account which already reflected in last 2 qtr report so i dont think it is an issue for it to perform at 2017^^ time will tell once near report time happy investing:)

Actually I quite confident with this is due to some facts 1) the new major share holder take over price is above 0.045 2)It already inject certain project sales into the company which already reflect in last few qtr report 3)the property player do hv some Landbank 4)the raise fund move is bcos of launching new property project soon which might incurr few hundred miles GDV 5) report turn green already...hope my facts prove me right now bring me decent money^^

Flonic may try their hand in the north...Also if the 3 link of undersea tunnel from PEN to north connect, will be good for property investment and price wise are much cheaper compare Batu Kawan ,, Butterworth and BM.. etc

ryan7642 , your sense of humour is great. As for SCBUILD, the warrant WA is due to expire in June 2017. Do you know this? If yes, how do you think the management is going to manage this ?
Michael : I am talking about WB since starting not WA anyway..of cos i know that..management?ask from director pump money n convert it n repay back lo in accounting way no big deal..

Wa will effect price of mother share especially near it expiry date. Good luck to those keeping WB. Anyway it still goring mode. No problem with u guys. Remember every time right issue will dilute the share price. Usually up for while but will drop tremendously afterward. Have a day XD
Ya of cos I know will drop/dilute n it ad happened to scbuild n wb from 0.05 to 0.035 i think tremendous enuf on % also the wb 0.025 to 0.01..so I feel this is the right time..of cos wa I recheck the maturity is on June 2017 which we will see how the management going to do with it in this few mnth's n surely got announcment soon..like wat I mention director give a helping hand n claim back after raise fund so easy matter for those fellow see big thing outside on listed companies matter..important is company overturn the ground n hv correct direction n diversify to property line:)
Erm I would said the result ad reflected on the last 3 qtr report so I not worry of it:) just how like NICORP showed turn over to green result for one whole year..the price shoot up from 0.07 to current max 0.1..so scbuild definetly will be the same..time will tell^^ anyway just my point of view^^
