May I add... No update or press conference, no good PR to promote company among IB, no JV or MOU, no orders for HC, no share buy back, no private placement, no dividend when it was profitable, wrong timing MOH approval when HC bull run over, no Q&A during AGM (bad impression), lousy syndicate pump and dump for small gains. 3rd quarter gone with share price at lowest in 3 months, 3rd quarter QR can roughly guess still in red with only cloud biz profitable supporting other non profitable biz
