This company is now without a CFO, a key position. The longer they delay announcing the replacement, major investors/traders will become nervous and might dump the stock. Let's see if immediate support at 0.38 holds on Monday

CFO is juz chief financial officer. He is an accountant. The most important is the CEO, or the MD or the BOD. Or u never been in corporate meh?

I believe PRIVA will consolidate and move sideways for awhile, or maybe even some correction also, as it has run up so much (from ~15 cent up to 40 cents) in about 1 month, this is a very steep run-up.
Cashed out 50%, and still holding the other 50% to at least next Q, see if it can match or beat current q revenue/earning, then only decide to sell or to keep. Cost is 17 cents, my best stock so far for 2015.
