Sorry, I beg to differ. Priva's earnings did not impress. Look at the EPS. No sign of any significant growth nor any positive outlook/news in the last few months of any more new wins. Only positive is that we know it is a financially sound company, steady revenue stream from existing jobs with Westport and a few govt agencies. Consistent dividend paid annually is a positive. With the macro market being impacted with sell down and stock prices dropping, you cannot expect Priva's stock price to go any higher. Why would I want to pay 0.23 for a 0.14 (NTA) company?
Don't forget that 2 years ago Priva which was hovering around 0.08-0.10 when it was worth 0.13 (NTA)....slowly when main market rallied, and Priva got more attn after the likes of iFCA stock rallied, punters got into this stock. Feb28 2015 after announcement of stellar (but not repeatable) strong financial performance the share rallied for almost 2 months and was one of the highest volume for most of March and April 2015 going to as high as 0.42.
I wonder whether most of commenter got the hands on in doing real business or not. At this economy situation, most of us "businessman" are happy even making small profit, worst case is to breakeven! So when priva still manage to sustain making the profit, for me is very good. Digest the whole financial report especially on the revenue and cash flow part.
@lucifer - I am not a promoter. I am an investor, and I hope to be an objective to ensure I make right decisions. That said, I am not writing off Priva. I still believe it is a fundamentally sound company with steady stream of income in the coming years. All I am saying is that I do not see any "high growth" in Priva's revenue or earnings in the near term so the share price will not rally like before. Hence "party is over" for all you punters or speculators. For long term investors this is a stock to keep and hold in your portfolio. I hope this explains :))

Jorgsacul, who gave you such info that they have foreign business and revenue in USD? All their business is local, thus far....but cost for equipment (satellite biz) they buy in USD. So get the right facts before misleading people here.

@Jorgsacul - today your lucky day, congrats. from my experience, speculation gets you no where. today make $50K, tomolo lose $100K, another day make $25K....good luck... :) Priva is good counter, but dont spread wrong info to say they earn in USD.
Amit....dont be noobie investors by looking at forum only. let uncle teach you...read annual report and other news. This company has subdisaries which generate income from ASEAN which payment terms in USD. read more my friend and try to understand how the circle works...look at daughters or sisters companies....all interlink.
too bad i didnt have the guts to dive in and collect when it was below lingerin around 17 cents for so long... those who overcame their fear was duely rewarded in less than a month, congrats to those who conquered emotion and stay to the basics : accumulate when low/undervalued
